The Easton St. Louis Tigers / Desnoyer 16U lose 12-7 to Prospects 16 S Loggins

Tommy Detmer went 1-2 and hit a home run, but the Easton St. Louis Tigers / Desnoyer 16U still fell to Prospects 16 S Loggins 12-7 in six innings on Saturday at Fox High School.

Detmer did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Easton St. Louis Tigers / Desnoyer 16U, reaching base three times. He scored two runs and had two RBIs. He homered in the second inning.

Offense aplenty in the Easton St. Louis Tigers / Desnoyer 16U's 10-9 loss to the GBSa Rays

The Easton St. Louis Tigers / Desnoyer 16U lost a battle of the bats on Saturday at Perfect Game South Park at LakePoint, falling short in a 10-9 ballgame against the GBSa Rays.

Michael Ruggeri reached base three times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He singled in the second and seventh innings.

Caleb Upshaw got it done on the rubber on the way to a win. He allowed two runs over three innings. Upshaw struck out two, walked two and gave up no hits.

The GBSa Rays' Corey King, Javeon Cody, Upshaw and Anrae Strane Jr combined for eight hits and six RBIs.
